Join us for a morning of pampering while taking advantage of complimentary health screenings. While there, make plans to get your mammogram! Its time to put your health first!!!
10 AM - Gentle Yoga (Outdoors - weather permitting)
Ongoing Activities will include:
- Digital 3D Mammograms (Subject to Insurance Co-Pay)
- Blood Pressure Screening
- Waist Measurement and Flexibility
- Grip Strength and Balance
- Ask The Doc Discussion
- Breast Self-Screening Demonstrations
