Celebration of Wellness @ Texas Health Propser

To celebrate a year of serving the Prosper community, you’re invited to a morning of wellness-inspired fun and games. There’s something for the whole family, with activities ranging from bootcamp to family fitness challenges to kids’ games to nutritious snack demos. It’s completely free and there’s no registration required, so come by and join in.

Games and activities include:
• Fitness challenges for the whole family
• Mobility and balance testing
• Total cholesterol and glucose screenings
• Eat Well: Live Well - Nutrition demonstration
• Bootcamp (9:15 - 10 a.m.)
• Celebrate Prosper being named a winner of “It’s Time Texas Community Challenge.”
