Event Description:
Wings Over Windsong is the largest radio controlled aircraft event ever seen in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Held the weekend before Veterans Day, the AMA Sanctioned event is a joint effort by the Richardson, North Dallas and Rowlett Radio Control Clubs. The three clubs have memberships totaling over 500 members and the event will feature model aviation planes ranging from WWII, WWI, Sport, 3D, Pattern, Electric Aircraft as well as Helicopters, some of which will be as large at 60 percent of full scale and a live helicopter landing at Noon.
