Kevin Greene is the Vice President and Administrator at Cook Children’s Medical Center - Prosper, Cook Children’s Health Care System’s newest medical campus located in Prosper, Texas. Kevin’s responsibilities include strategic development and executive operational oversight of the campus’s medical center and ambulatory surgery center. Prior to his current role, Kevin served in various leadership positions at HCA Houston Healthcare West, Lake Granbury Medical Center and Cedar Park Regional Medical Center. Kevin holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and Biology from Abilene Christian University and a Master’s of Science in Health Care Administration from Trinity University. Kevin has served on multiple leadership boards in Granbury and Houston, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Prosper’s Chamber of Commerce and Education Foundation.

In that role, I built a solid base of individual donors, secured multi-year government funding, fee-for-service contracts, and won competitive grant awards from 3 of the largest foundations in Texas within 5 years of operation.
I was responsible for recruiting and retaining an outstanding team, and I also served as the President of the Board for a national membership organization. I successfully completed the CNM Dallas Nonprofit Management Certificate Program and earned a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from UNT in Denton.
